Ashley Menezes is a Senior Partner at ChrysCapital and has been with the firm for over 26 years. He is a member of the advisory committee and is responsible for diligence, regulatory/industry relationships, legal, compliance and operations. Mr. Menezes is a private equity veteran and is the chairperson of the Indian private equity association (and has served on its board for almost ten years). He is also a member of the CII National Committee of financial services and private equity as well as associated with other industry bodies.
Prior to ChrysCapital, Mr. Menezes was with KPMG, in its information technology and U.S. GAAP practices, where, among other things, he was involved in the ADR issues and NYSE/NASDAQ listings of several leading Indian companies. Mr. Menezes is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University.

Manish has over 2 decades of experience in VC and PE having led over US$ 750 Million of investments in India and across the USA-India corridor. Manish has seen 2 complete alternates investment-exit cycles, and has a nuanced lens to the craft of private investing and fund management.
He is currently the Co-founder & Managing Partner of WaterBridge Ventures, an India based home-grown early-stage VC firm with over US$ 250 Million AUM.
His investments at WaterBridge include category leading start-ups like Atlan, Chalo, CityMall, Magicpin, PocketPills, Posha, SocialCops and Unacademy. At WaterBridge, he focuses on AI, Frontier Tech, and large-scale Tech disruption investments. He is on the Boards of all his active investee companies and enjoys the art of company building along with founders.
Earlier he has been in senior investment roles at Rho Ventures (North America), Actis (South Asia), and Providence Equity Partners (India & SE Asia). Earlier, Manish has held operating roles (tech, product marketing) in the telecom and tech sectors with Ciena (through acquisition of Cyras), Nortel and Infosys.
Manish is an active member of entrepreneurship and investing networks such as Indian Venture & Alternate Capital Association (IVCA), TiE (Delhi NCR, Bangalore), Stanford Angels, Indian Deep Tech Alliance (IDTA), and speaks regularly on VC industry and regulatory engagement forums.
As the Vice-Cochair of IVCA’s VC Council, he has helped with ecosystem building initiatives like ‘VC101’, ‘Bharat Vaapsi’, and ‘IPO and Exits summit’. He is passionate about both ‘India building for Bharat’ and ‘India building for the world’ opportunities; and in the holistic, sustainable growth of VC ecosystem in India.
Manish graduated with a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Stanford University (Graduate School of Business).

Roshini is a Managing Director - PE and Head of Impact at Everstone Capital Asia Pte based out of Singapore. Her role includes driving value creation in investee companies across all verticals in the areas of high-performance teams and human capital management, brand transformation and ESG including Impact.
Roshini serves on the boards of 2 public listed companies JM Financial and Restaurant Brands Asia Ltd. She was earlier on the board of Max Healthcare, the largest hospital network in India and on Persistent Systems Ltd.. In addition to this, she serves on the board of Everlife Pte Ltd, a Singapore company.
Roshini has more than 30 years of general management and marketing experience and strong track record in consumer industries, setting strategy and improving operational effectiveness to deliver greater financial returns.
Prior to Everstone, she was the CEO and Managing Director for the Walt Disney Company’s Consumer, media and retail business for South Asia, where she set up and grew the business to more than $400 million in revenue. Some of her earlier roles were with Unilever, American Express, Mattel, and Polaris
She believes very strongly in entrepreneurship as the future for innovation and growth and works pro bono with Endeavor.org as their global ambassador and panelist helping shortlist the next generation of growth businesses from emerging markets across the world. In addition to this, Roshini is the co-chair of the DEI committee at the Singapore Venture Capital Association and a member of Singapore Institute of Directors.
Roshini holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad, India) and an undergraduate degree from St Stephens College (Delhi, India) majoring in Economics (Hons)
She is a keen marathoner and passionate about running, and loves exploring new places during her runs.

Sridhar has around 25 years of experience (including ~20 years in private equity). He joined Multiples at inception in 2009.
Sridhar has led investments across Consumer, Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors at Multiples. As Managing Director, he plays a key role in building and scaling partnerships with family-owned businesses. During his investing career, Sridhar has enabled high-impact transformation in companies by influencing founders and CEOs on strategy and people matters.
He considers his ability to influence a key strength and leverages it to create meaningful, positive change. He has been closely involved in marquee transactions, including VIP Industries, Licious, Encube Ethicals, Vikram Hospital, Milltec Industries, Instant Logistics, among others, driving transformation and long-term value creation.
His prior experience includes roles at Sun Group in London, ICICI Bank, and E&Y. Sridhar received his MBA from the Indian School of Business (Dean's List and HSBC Scholar) and is also a Chartered Accountant.
He enjoys music, playing badminton, and spending quality time with his children. He is passionate about education and plays an active role in a school in Mumbai.
