Mayur is a Partner with Price Waterhouse & Co LLP. Mayur has more than 15 years of experience in advising several financial services players being ARCs, NBFCs, Private Equity/Venture capital funds, Real Estate Funds, Capital market groups on domestic and international transactions for doing business in India as well as local tax and regulatory compliance matters.

ARC and NBFC sectors are his areas of expertise where he has specifically focused on assignments involving conceptualisation of presence including assistance with respect to obtaining ARC / NBFC registrations, setting-up of compliance and governance framework and due diligence / compliance / regulatory reporting review.

He has also worked extensively on fund structuring, transaction structuring and management structuring (including carry structuring) for several domestic and foreign private equity / real estate industry players.

He has closely worked with Distressed fund industry players and NBFC industry players for review of RBI regulatory framework and actively involved in representation to RBI on the same. He has also been actively involved in several other industry representations submitted to SEBI and RBI.
