Pooja is one of the founding team members at Equanimity, an early-stage venture capital fund based out of Mumbai. She has been with the fund for 7 plus years and manages the entire investment lifecycle starting from sourcing to evaluation to exit. She has led investments across sectors in companies such as Renee cosmetics, Nirmaan, Edept, Insurance Samadhan, SamosaSingh, Bookeventz, Navata supply chain solutions, etc. Prior to Equanimity, she worked at Housing.com as a Finance Business Partner to the technology and product teams. 

She is a Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from NM College, Mumbai.
