Roshni has worked extensively with private equity clients and investors on topics along the investment lifecycle. Her experience includes commercial due diligence, portfolio acceleration, exit planning, sell-side due diligence, and fund strategy and operations. Roshni is also BCG’s Asia Pacific leader for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), helping clients enhance their employee value proposition and tailor products and services through a DEI lens.
