60% of the incremental hires have been women in the associate and the analyst positions. So we’re doing something exactly right to correct the entry funnel but when we move on to the principle and the partner levels, the incremental hires have been far and few. That’s where we need to adopt better policies for lateral hires and so on. So we get the critical mass (of women lateral hires) at the stage of influence.
