The men and the women (should) follow the same pattern. Whether it is the men taking the entire paternity leave so that it is just seen as something normal. Men use flexible working hours as much as women are using it. And, these are very powerful examples because frankly, the biggest challenge you have is you are doing something different. Are you taking maternity leave when nobody else is taking paternity leave? This is really challenging.
