Anita Marangoly George has been an investor backing early trends with winning partners and established a distinguished track record in sustainable investments across the globe. She began her career as a Young Professional at the World Bank based in Washington DC and worked on infrastructure in Latin America, Eastern and Central Europe. She worked with Siemens AG to set up Siemens Financial Services in India and supported projects in Telecom and Power sectors. Anita spent 22 years at the World Bank Group with 14 of those years with the IFC in Infrastructure and Natural Resources, Municipal Finance and initiated the creation of IFC’s Venture group. She gained extensive and diverse global experience in institutional finance and investing in sustainable infrastructure in Renewable Energy, Logistics and Water from early stage to established companies across several geographies – Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. She is cross-culturally competent, an excellent negotiator and has built diverse and influential global networks. Her ability to focus on risk adjusted returns while helping build and grow businesses has enhanced her credibility in the sustainable infrastructure and financial sector. She has demonstrated success in anticipating trends and technological disruptions and has helped her organizations adopt new business models and platforms to adapt to new developments and to the needs of underserved populations.
Anita has had several roles in the last five and a half years with CDPQ. She established CDPQ’s office in India and soon after became Executive Vice President and Head of Emerging Markets at CDPQ. Her final post at CDPQ was as Executive Vice President and Deputy Head of CDPQ Global covering all geographies outside of Canada. Supporting investments in renewable energy, highways, telecom, and venture fund investments in Emerging Markets.
Anita has served on 10 boards of which 5 have been in the financial sector. As a board member, she has focused on helping the board anticipate and be proactive about key strategic issues that could disrupt the company, and risk and compliance from a statutory, regulatory and legal perspective. Anita has been critical in helping companies globalize and in anticipating and addressing technology and people as two essential pillars of success.
Anita George is passionate about and committed to human capital development and economic empowerment of women and girls. She is actively engaged in mentoring women and girls. Anita serves on non-profit boards and advisory boards/councils involved in Recovery and Resilience, Human Capital Development, Technology and Climate Finance, and Sustainable Infrastructure.

Ken Mehlman has spent a quarter century working at the highest levels of public policy, business, philanthropy and social change. He is a KKR Partner, Global Head of Public Affairs & Co-Head of KKR Global Impact where he has architected & leads KKR’s responsible investment efforts. Ken spent a dozen years in national politics and government service, including as 62nd Chairman of the Republican National Committee and Campaign Manager of President Bush's 2004 re-election campaign, the only Republican presidential campaign in 30 years to win the popular vote. Ken graduated with a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is a trustee of Mt. Sinai Hospital of New York, Franklin & Marshall College, Teach for America, and Sponsors of Educational Opportunity (SEO). Mehlman was active in the successful effort for marriage equality and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Prior to joining Apax Partners in 2006, Mitch was the President and CEO of Orbitz Worldwide between 2005 and 2006 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of priceline.com between 2001 and 2005.
Mitch is a graduate of Vassar College where he received a BA in Political Science. He also has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
He serves as a Board member of Boats Group, KAR Global, Quality Distribution Inc and Trade Me. Prior boards include Advantage Sales & Marketing, Assured Partners, Dealer.com, Answers, Bankrate, Garda World, Hub International and Trader Canada.

Renuka Ramnath is the Founder, Managing Director and CEO of Multiples Alternate Asset Management, a private equity manager and advisor to funds of ~ USD 1.5 bn. She has over 30 years of experience in the Indian financial sector across private equity, investment banking and structured finance.
For close to three decades in financial services, Renuka successfully built several businesses in the ICICI Group including Investment Banking, e-commerce and private equity. As the MD & CEO of ICICI Venture for close to a decade, she led that firm to become one of the largest private equity funds in India.
She is a Board member of EMPEA, the global industry association for private capital in emerging markets. She is also the Chairperson of the Executive Committee of Indian Venture Capital Association. Renuka has been featured in many prestigious listings, including the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business (Business Today, India); India's most Powerful CEO's (Economic Times), the Top 25 Non Bank Women in Finance (US Banker's global list), Asia's Women in the Mix: The Year's Top 50 for Achievement in Business (Forbes), Top 25 women in Asian asset management (Asian Investor) and most recently has been awarded the AVCJ Special Achievement Award, 2019.

Ms. Stephanie von Friedeburg is the IFC Interim Managing Director and Executive Vice President. She leads the implementation of IFC’s strategy to create projects and attract private investment in developing countries while increasing opportunities for women, scaling up investments to fight climate change, and promoting digital development. She is also IFC’s Chief Operating Officer and leads all investment operations and advisory services, managing a $59 billion debt and equity portfolio in more than 100 countries. Ms. von Friedeburg began her World Bank Group career almost three decades ago and developed strong expertise in Africa and Central and Eastern Europe and in sectors such as telecom, manufacturing, and a wide array of technologies. In addition to an MBA from the Wharton School, she holds a Master of Arts from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
