The Winpe Leadership Summit & Awards (WLSA) 2026 brought together distinguished leaders and member firms from the private equity and venture capital ecosystem for a day of meaningful engagement – culminating in an evening of dialogue, action, and recognition of individuals and institutions setting new benchmarks for inclusion, leadership, and excellence. As Winpe’s flagship platform, WLSA continues to drive momentum towards advancing gender diversity across the investment landscape.

The day began with an exclusive Women in PEVC Gathering over lunch—an intimate and focused engagement among senior women leaders. At the heart of the gathering was a candid tête-à-tête between Srividhya Srinivasan and Anjali Sosale, who reflected on the journey of building a global media-tech company, Amagi, and taking it public. The session fostered open dialogue around leadership, scale, and navigating pivotal career moments. The gathering concluded with the Annual Winpe Women in PEVC Portrait, serving as a compelling visual testament to the rising strength and presence of women in investing.

The evening convened Winpe Advisors, member firms, and ecosystem stakeholders for an AGM-style summit, presenting an overview of Winpe’s journey, impact, and expanding initiatives. New efforts to strengthen women’s participation in capital, including Women on Boards and WeWin Venture Capital, were discussed, alongside the launch of Winpe’s Annual Report with data-driven insights on gender representation and progress.

Central to the agenda was the Inclusion Blueprint Workshop, where participants engaged in structured roundtable dialogues to identify practical, implementable solutions to scale women participation in investing. This was followed by the Diversity in Action (DIA) segment, where Winpe member firms – A91, AZB, ChrysCapital, Everstone, Multiples, Lighthouse and WaterBridge – showcased their ongoing and planned initiatives to advance diversity within their organizations, in partnership with Winpe.

The highlight of the evening was the Winpe Leadership Awards, celebrating individuals and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing gender diversity and inclusion within the PEVC ecosystem. The awards recognized leaders who are not only driving performance but also shaping more equitable and inclusive workplaces. The segment served as both recognition and inspiration – highlighting role models and setting benchmarks for the ecosystem to aspire towards.

The evening concluded with a collective call to action, reinforcing the role of investors and industry leaders in shaping more inclusive organizations. The energy and engagement throughout the day underscored a clear shift – from dialogue to accountability, and from intent to measurable impact.

WLSA 2026 successfully created a platform not just for conversation, but for collaboration, commitment, and continued action – further strengthening Winpe’s mission to advance women’s leadership across the investment ecosystem.
