Bharati is a Principal with the investment team at TPG NewQuest based in Singapore. She has been a part of deals totaling over US$1B in capital deployed across 20+ companies, with a focus on consumer and technology. Her geographic coverage includes the APAC region, with a thrust on India and SEA.

She has been a Board participant/investor in several leading companies in the region, including FirstCry (omni channel mother and baby care retailer), ID Foods (fresh food brand), Sapphire Foods (franchisee of Yum! in India), Halonix (consumer lighting), Cleartrip (online travel agent), Naseeb (online job search platform in MEA) and Forus (medical device manufacturer) amongst others. She has also spearheaded proprietary Fund Solution transactions led by NewQuest with GPs such as Navis, Everbridge, Epiq and Basil.

Prior to joining TPG NewQuest, Bharati was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Mumbai. Bharati has also been a consultant with the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome and Johannesburg and worked at a boutique consulting firm in London. She has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where she was an S. M. Shah Scholar and an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she was a PJD Wiles Scholar.
